We are looking to appoint a Pre-prep Teaching Assistant, qualified to level 3 practitioner, Term Time only (34 weeks per year), in our thriving Pre-Prep Department from 23rd February 2026, or as soon as possible. 

Salary: competitive and subject to experience. Although a term time only position, salary is payable in equal payments monthly.

The successful candidate:

• Can establish effective and positive working relationships with colleagues and support staff
• Will establish high expectations of pupil behaviour, managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
• Will model love of learning in and beyond the classroom, enthusing and inspiring pupils.
