Dr Jonathan Scott visits

As Tim Peake prepared to run the London Marathon on the International Space Station, Dr Jonathan Scott visited Duke of Kent School on Friday 22nd April to talk to the pupils about Tim Peake’s space mission, Principia, and his work to help Tim prepare for the Marathon. Charlotte completes the 2015 Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race

Year 10 pupil Charlotte V. and her father Steve, embarked on an incredible four day journey over Easter to complete the International Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race, which starts in Devizes in Wiltshire and finishes just downstream of Westminster Bridge in central London and opposite the Houses of Parliament.

Progress at 2015 SATRO Problem Solving

On Thursday 5th February, twelve Duke of Kent School problem solving pupils set off for George Abbot School in Guildford, to take part in the first of this year’s heats to defend their title of 'Problem Solver Champions 2014' against the rest of Surrey’s schools.
